Dr. Michael A Idachaba has a Ph.D. in Fermentation from the University of New South Wales, Australia, a Master’s in Food Science & Microbiology from Strathclyde University Scotland, and a Bachelor in Biochemistry from Ahmadu Bello University, Nigeria. Dr. Idachaba has worked as a fermentation expert on ethanol with Cargill where he managed the research portfolio on ethanol and oversaw the technical aspects of ethanol fermentation process across the 3 ethanol fermentation facilities in North America. He also worked with Archer Daniels Midland Company (ADM) as a Process Engineer on Lysine and Xanthum gum, and as a Fermentation Manager on Bio-inoculants with BASF.
